Artyom Zub is a professional ice hockey defenseman from Russia. He was born on October 3, 1995, in Khabarovsk, Russia. Zub developed through the youth hockey system in his hometown and made his professional debut in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) with Amur Khabarovsk during the 2014–15 season.

Zub spent three full seasons with Amur, where he gradually established himself as a promising two-way defenseman. In 2017, he joined SKA Saint Petersburg, one of the top teams in the KHL. With SKA, Zub had the opportunity to play alongside elite players and compete for championships. During his time with SKA, the team reached the Gagarin Cup semifinals and remained one of the strongest clubs in the league.

Zub showed noticeable improvement in his game while playing for SKA. He became known for his reliable play in the defensive zone, physical presence, and increasing offensive contribution. In the 2019–20 KHL season, he recorded 22 points in 57 games, which was his career-best at the time.

Internationally, Zub has represented Russia in several major tournaments.
